The warranty does not require the Seller to carry out adjustments or maintenance described in the use and maintenance instructions.
Joinery must not be stored outdoors without shelter where it is exposed directly to sunlight, wind, rain or similar conditions.
A claim must be reported promptly after a defect is discovered.
Claims must be submitted directly at the place of purchase.
Defects reported during the warranty period will be remedied within 30 days of receipt of the written claim. Claim-form templates are available at points of sale and on www.hensfort.com. The Seller may extend this period if an inspection or expert assessment is required, or if non-standard components are used.
A claim must be supported by the Buyer’s signed warranty card and proof of purchase showing the purchase date and bearing the Seller’s signature and stamp. The Buyer loses warranty rights if the card lacks required dates or signatures, or if unauthorised changes have been made to it.
A duplicate warranty card will not be issued if the original is lost.
This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
The Seller states that this warranty complies with Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods.
The warranty is valid in the country where the purchase was made. The Buyer confirms receipt of the product in good condition, without visible defects, together with the installation and use/maintenance instructions, and accepts these warranty terms.
