- For students and graduates, fairs are an opportunity to find a job, determine their career path in the coming years or gain insightsof the labour market. On the other hand, they are a chance for employers to acquire well-prepared, qualified staff and to permanently appear in the academic consciousness as a good employer. Judging by the attendance, I can say that the goal of the fair has been achieved and together we have shown that there is a chance for an ambitious path of professional development in Przemyśl - says Dr. Paweł Trefler, rector of the State East European School in Przemyśl.
On November 14, 2019, the third edition of the education and job fair organized by East-European State College in Przemyśl took place. During the fairs manufacturer of energy-efficient windows, HENSFORT, presented its offer and prospects for future employees.
This year's edition of the fair took place in the hall of the Medical and Social Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Przemyśl and gathered several dozen exhibitors and representatives of state institutions, uniformed services, schools and private companies.
During the day, exhibitors' stands were visited by about 400 pupils, students and job seekers who had the chance to hear the words of encouragment from invited guests , including Deputy Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Piotr Pilch, Secretary of the City of Przemyśl Dariusz Łapa, Director of the Youth Education and Work Center in Przemyśl Agata Lach, President of the Przemyśl Regional Development Agency S.A. Piotr Pyszczuk, Vice Rector for Development and Cooperation of PWSW dr Sławomir Solecki and Medical and Social Director of CKZiU school Danuta Suchorzepka. Trade fair participants had the opportunity to meet representatives of HENSFORT, get to know the scope of the company's activity, current job offers and talk about the needs and potential of the industry in the coming years.
- Participation in the fair was a great opportunity for us to get acquainted with the curriculum in schools and colleges and the priorities of young people who will soon enter the labour market.
